Bigg Boss 16 has been on television for nine weeks, or more than half the season. However, the makers’ persistence in bending the law to suit their needs leaves one feeling disappointed. Why did that happen, you ask?

Well, they have decided not to evict a participant for the second week in a row. With the show airing on Saturday, host Salman Khan once more caused the housemates to exhale in relief when he said that no one would be leaving this weekend.

At the end of the day, a reality show is a competition in which one competitor is eliminated each week. This enables contestant dynamics to shift, allowing viewers to get to know the competitors better.

Bigg Boss is a show about making connections and surviving in a locked home; therefore, each person’s entrance and leaving is quite significant. But the program has stalled for the past two weeks since nothing has changed. And this amply demonstrates the makers’ desperation to avoid disrupting set connections lest content is impacted.

Let’s look back to a week ago when MC Stan, Archana Gautam, Sumbul Touqeer, Ankit Gupta, and Soundarya Sharma were nominated for a better understanding. Considering the Tina Datta-Shalin Bhanot issue at the time, Sumbul was a significant participant.

Ankit and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary are a well-liked on-screen couple, so the show’s creators couldn’t take a chance on the former leaving.

While Soundarya is expected to have a sane voice in addition to engaging in banter with Shalin, which irritates Tina, Archana delivers the most material. Stan is also one of the pillars of the “mandli” in the house and receives fan votes.

Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Shiv Thakare, MC Stan, Sumbul Touqeer, Shalin Bhanot, Tina Datta, and Sajid Khan were among the nominees for this week’s competition. Despite having a lot of possibilities, creators once more chose to play it safe and did not eject anyone.

It demonstrates the desire of the creative team to emphasize the love angles between Priyanka and Ankit and Sumbul, Shalin, and Tina.

Given that Shiv, Stan, and Sajid are a part of the elite group in the house, the producers do not want to upset the balance. The team doesn’t appear to be in the mood to take any chances.

One does question, though, how long the producers will keep shielding these celebs. Wildcards should have started to enter when only a few contenders should have left. However, the house is already full and the connections are flawless, so makers decide against trying to enter again.

Fans have also been vocal about this, criticizing the makers on social media. To begin with, devoted fandoms invest time and energy into preserving their favorites. They have stopped watching the show as a result of this.

We want to let the Bigg Boss producers know that many devoted viewers would like to see how Tina and Shalin or even Ankit and Priyanka act apart from one another. When Shalin is not present, will Sumbul finally let go of her love for him?

Will Shiv make it through without his pals, or will they be able to win the game without him? We want to see all the options, not just the usual arguments, connections, and relationships since so many of them exist.

Additionally, if you are hesitant to send someone outside, at least keep them in the secret room. Let them observe the modified equations beside us. However, kuch toh karo, bhai!
